We are a family business that pride ourselves on using only the freshest of products. We opened our first location in Asheville in 2009, which was a tiny Takeout-Only shop. With the support of our loyal customers we grew that shop and moved to a larger location down the road in 2015.
We opened our Black Mountain location a few years later and could not be happier! In fact, we love it here so much that in early 2022 we decided to sell our Asheville location and are now entirely focused on serving our Black Mountain community!
Our premium deli meat comes from one of the best in the industry. We use fresh chicken breast cooked daily for our chicken subs and cook fresh roast beef daily to make our fabulous roast beef and steak philly subs.
We bake our own sub rolls, from scratch each day, using an 'Old School' recipe that dates back to the 1920s, and we receive our produce from a local supplier from farmer's markets.
